The vet indicated that Bear would have perfect vision if not for the "cherries." As you can see Bear also has a genetic skin condition that has been treated with cortisone.
Stacie has made arrangements for a vet to discount the costs of the surgery to $350.00 which includes the blood work costs! She also arranged for donations to go directly to the vet:
