note from a volunteer:
"Princess" East Valley A0452795 At shelter over a month Spayed female, 6 yrs., Akita/Husky mix, 57 lbs. Princess is a very sweet, submissive girl with a sweet, welcoming face. She just wants to hang out – anything you want to do is fine with her! She's good with other dogs , gentle with kids, and is probably fine with cats. She's good on the leash, and probably house trained. This easy-going, eager-to-please, quiet girl is great for a senior, for a novice dog owner, or for a family – she'll do well in an apartment or condo.

a networker wrote: What a pretty girl. Princess (oh please, can't they come up with something more original?) is a lovely dog who seems to be a gentle soul. She was a little afraid of me at first but once I offered some yummy treats she seemed okay with my putting a leash on her and taking her out. I didn't spend enough time to give loads of details, but my impression is that she is a very nice dog who has appropriate social skills with humans. In other words, she's not jumping up or acting a fool. Plus she is so beautiful!!! Her pretty soulful eyes will melt your heart!
