Her new owner loves cats, and this kitty is very lucky. I hope that each and everyone of you knows how special you are - many times we are the only people that care about these animals and our efforts can touch & change the life of an animal.
Take care all :)

Hi everyone, I need help finding a forever home for a stray cat we picked up yesterday in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We found the cat at the Hotel we stayed at crying in the Ice Machine room. The cleaning lady told me that they wanted the cat to leave, because it was making a mess. I asked the lady if she had called any rescue groups and she told me no, they just wanted the cat to leave on its own. We decided to rescue the cat and bring it home with us. We made a stop to get a pet taxi from Walmart and soon found that the cat was most comfortable sleeping and sitting on my lap - this cat is amazing in that it did not show any stress in traveling (my cats go berserk when I take them in my car to the vet) and was right at home in the front seat. The cat is extremely friendly and is litter trained. Right now it is hiding behind my couch, but comes out to eat ... I think it is just getting use to being cared for. I need help placing this cat in a forever home. We already have 3 cats, and feed 2 strays that come on our property. Please help. I do not want to take this cat to a shelter, as it has already been through enough.

P.S.S. I forgot to mention that Jake, our 70 + pound Lab was with us, and the cat did not seem to have a problem with Jake or get stressed knowing that Jake was in our suburban. Again, we are still in awe that the cat traveled for 7 hours without any stress issues.
