Heard County, Georgia: Pulled cats and dogs are stranded. Please help if you can.

Heard Stranded Starfish - please crosspost to help these babies On Friday July 3rd many animals were pulled from Heard Co Animal Control to spare their lives. They were bound for TN but the lady who was taking them in was suddenly rushed to the hospital and now all these animals are stranded in GA in need of fosters, adopters, or another rescue to take them in. She likes to stay hidden but will come out. she loves to be petted and is super friendly. in the right enviroment and with constant loving care, she will come out of her shell and blossom. will make a great companion but will take a little time for her to feel secure. 38009 Sneaky - he's scared and hiding - poor thing 38109 adult female plot hound - has scar on her back - who knows what she has been through but she is still loving, animal control had classified her as a very, very, very nice dog 39209 young male lab mix - friendly and goofy 40109 young male shep mix - shy but not aggressive 40209 Macon - he's a total trip. Eye infection is gone and his energy level is about 20 on a scale of 1 to 10. too cute for words. Loves to follow you around and lay on your lap 41309 Sharon - female, loves to let you know she's there. very sweet -already has someone interested in her! 41109 - Dublin - gray kitten - not sure if male of female. sometimes you can sneak a pet but not often. likes to be left alone as far as people. needs to be in a loving and patient home. 41409 Tybee - probably Dublin's sibling - they stick together alot. also frightened of people 42209 Ace adult male lab/hound mix neutered - my mom moved out of state and left me 42309 Abbi female adult plot hound - I lived with Ace until our mother moved off and left us would be great if they could be adopted together as they are very bonded 42609 Farrah - very sweet and loving laid back little girl 43509 Moose adult male red staffie - very friendly and loving - awesome dog. very loving and likes to give you kisses. 43709 Rocky young boxer mix - Donny Osmond sang "and they call it puppy love" -- that's what Rocky is. pure puppy love. Will make a totally exellent companion. Already sits and fetches. Extra smart and a very quick learner. Loves to play and gets along fantastic with other dogs. walks good on leash. he is a little food aggressive with other dogs, that is the only thing negative that I can say about this true doll baby. If I could, I would make him part of my household. Rides great in car. He will curl up in the seat and nap and then come up to you for some smooches. I didn't want to leave him. Currently he is being treated in Millegeville for advanced stages of ring worm. 43809 Angel - that is what she is. Very docile and affectionate. not an aggressive bone in her body. Loves to curl up next to you and lay on your lap while you're on the couch. Gets along great with other dogs and loves to play. Again, if I could, she would be a part of my household. I didn't want to leave her either. she rides good in the car but slobers some so i'm pretty sure she gets a little car sick but she never threw up. She will get in the back and lay down or she will curl up on the bucket seat. Walks good on leash.. Will make a fine family pet!!!!!!! 44009 young shep mix boy was dumped at a church with Angel above - possibly her brother 45109 Buck white adult male German Shepherd, maybe part yellow lab . He loves other dogs and appears to have had training walking on a leash and does not pull or jerk. Very calm and loving and will be beautiful once he has a better diet - appears to have been a country dog where they used old motor oil on his skin to try and defeat fleas and ticks. Is an escape artist so needs to be an inside dog or have lots of room to run outside. Temp foster said, "If I had the room and time, I would have asked to adopt him." 45209 beautiful male Aussie - very friendly and playful 45209 Prince - beautiful male Aussie - very friendly and playful - rode in passenger's lap from shelter to temp foster 45509 shy black lab mix 45609 female mix rottie/dobe/hound? has hurt nose and is scared 45709 puppy, scared and skinny, not sure of sex 46009 Callie, the calico. Super super friendly cat. loves to be held and petted.. hisses at some of the other cats but that's it. she would probably rather be an only cat but will be fine with others. 46409 Julie - too cute is all I can say. full of energy and loves to nap 46609 Patches - a little timid but super friendly. He gets scared with load noises and runs to find a place to hide. He comes back out pretty quickly and loves to be petted and likes to meow at you.
