Gorgeous, healthy FIV+ Stormy still has no adopter as of 8/02/09!!! Please help if you can.
Stormy is about 7 years old. He was rescued in June '09 from a storm drain by Mr. Cully Miller (who is author of the book "Second Chances - Shelter Cats of Florida" fully viewable at: http://www.blurb.com/bookstore/detail/599881).
Cully will help provide transport to Stormy to go to another state if necessary. He has promoted Stormy far and wide and still no adopter for Stormy :-(

I get so worried because I don't know how long the vet hospital will let him stay...If anyone is interested, but wants more details on his personality, I know the vets/techs would gladly speak with anyone.
Here is a little video of Stormy:

He truly is a wonderful cat. All the vets/techs at the hospital RAVE about him and I just KNOW that he will enrich someone's life beyond measure.

Subject: [PurringPixieCatResource] FW: Valrico, FL: Neutered Male FIV+ Cat Still Needs Placement...Being boarded in a Vet Hospital Temporarily
On June 9, Stormy started living in a storm drain outside of his rescuer's house (Mr. Cully Miller's house). He is neutered & VERY affectionate. He followed his rescuer around like a little puppy but he cannot keep him because he has three other cats, including a very alpha male. So Stormy is currently being boarded at a vet hospital (in Sarasota) until a forever home can be found. Stormy is neutered, 14 lbs, & approximately 7 years old. He is litterbox trained. He loves people to distraction. Is there anyone anywhere who can offer this healthy FIV+ sweetie a safe home? Transport help is available. If so, please email Cully at cully.projectzero@gmail.com
