Sweet, Loving & Beautiful Dog In Need Of A Great Home - 'Heidi'
Meet "HEIDI" - She was originally adopted by a friend of mine who passed away from a brain tumor two years ago. Heidi has remained in my friend's mother's home, who is 96 and also very ill. She has been looked after by a caregiver, but has virtually lived alongside an elderly woman's bedside for the past two years.Heidi is very bright. She is already house trained and knows some basic commands. She loves children and has taken to my 9 year old Lab/Pitt mix. The verdirct is still out on cats...I will try to see her reaction to cats this weekend.Heidi is in need of a loving home; either a family or an individual who will shower her with the affection she deserves and desperately wants.Heidi is 3 1/2 years old. She is appears to be a Rottweiler/Shepherd mix, and may have something else mixed in. She is currently on a weight loss and exercise plan.
