There are 2 litters with moms and 1 pregnant mom I need to RESCUE ASAP from Downey Shelter and Carson Shelter. I have fosters, I just need funding for their pull fees which are $25 each - so $350!!!!!!! Please see thier sweet pictures attached!!!!!
