Hi everyone!

Just a quick update: Noble is doing great! He's been in boarding at California Animal Hospital recovering from his neuter. He's been vaccinated and he's growing very fond of several of the vet techs that walk him and feed him and everyone LOVES him. His vet Dr. Overby describes him as "a total gentleman"!  He's currently at 68lbs and we're trying to get him up to a healthy 80lbs - we're also trying to extort the secret on how to lose weight eating only donuts from him but so far he's staying quiet on the issue!
He will be at ADLR's adoptions THIS Saturday at Centinela Feed Pet Store in West LA from 11AM - 3PM to meet and thank everyone who helped save his life!

If you make it please come out and give him a hug in person - he LOVES attention and affection and he's just a joy to meet in person!

Yesterday I saw an email that this dog's owner left him outside while he grabbed a donut...and then slipped out the back leaving his dog alone on the street waiting for him. Four days later the dog was still standing there confused, scared and exhausted. We picked him up last night but we have no money and nowhere to keep him. He was allowed to spend last night in a garage but has to be out today. We're desperate to help him. He is gentle and sweet with a chow chow tongue and a big loving head but he's skinny and his hair falls out in tufts from malnutrition. Please help him if you can by contacting a rescue or donating to his chipin for boarding. Thank you.

Hello all:  I received a message that a dog was left tied up and abandoned 3 DAYS ago in front of the YUM YUM Donut shop on the corner of 26th Street and North Figueroa.  The people did not want to call animal control and are looking for someone to take him in. A good Samaritan mad the call here to me and left a message on my machine.  This is all I know about the situation.  The good Samaritan is named Dennis and his phone is: 323- 222- xxxx.
