Subject: TUX cat that desperately needs home before going to AC! Please facebook and forward!
Rescues, Vets, friends and family,
PLEASE CROSSPOST (King, NC) I Will transport if needed. Please post to Facebook if you can!
I live in King, NC. I am desperately trying to find a rescue, foster or permanent home for this beautiful male black and white (tuxedo) cat before he gets eaten by a coyote or taken to AC by the neighbor. I believe he is approximately 2 years old. He is very loving and affectionate and has done well with children and other cats (not sure about dogs). This cat has been abandoned and left behind by his
previous owners. I've been caring for him at their old house on the weekends (when I do a route near the house) and I have another friend helping me feed throughout the week; but, she can no longer help either. The neighbor was supposed to help in feeding the cat but she has said she is going to call AC if I do not get him out of there because he brought a rat to her front porch and she was offended. Cats have less than a 1% chance of making it out of the Stokes County Shelter. I would take this little boy for myself if I did not already have too many cats and an extra disabled dog I am caring for right now. Personally, my vet told me I had too many and not to take in anymore. I hate to send this email for this plea when I know how many animals are in fosters or in rescues that are full to capacity. He is by himself and it is getting cold outside. He would be a great indoor cat. Please help me network this boy by printing a flyer at work, posting on Facebook and emailing friends, family (who may not be as overwhelmed as us rescuers) and other rescuers. If you can help or know of anyone that could help me save the life of this little boy, please contact me asap. You can reach me at (336) 971-9174 cell. We will pay for all vetting including FIV/FELUK testing and neutering for him if he finds a home. Please see attached pictures.Thank you,
Sonya Snyder
