Bessie is a senior Pug who is blind and was found wandering the streets of Jersey City.  She loves new people, being pet and massaged.  Bessie bumps into things in new environments but is very laid back and tolerates all types of handling.  Please contact me asap if you have a suitable foster home or placement for Bessie!

I know it doesn't stop, but the South LA shelter has been inundated with more cats lately, and they are needing to do population control.  Which means the long-timers are going to have to be euthanized to make room for the new ones coming in. 

Here is a list of the cats who have been there over 1 month, who are most at risk.  Please network, and if you can save even one it will make a difference!

I know this list is overwhelming, but if anyone is able to squeeze in 1 more cat, just look at their little faces and choose just one!  Some are littermates and can be housed together.  Many are kittens and are easy to assimilate into existing groups!
