Bcc list, please cross post this horrible situation! THESE CATS ARE NOT FERAL. Per the neighbor, the occupants would take them in. They are all very friendly but now living in squalor. We are feeding and providing water but it won't last long as the house is in foreclosure so it's just a matter of time. Please let me know if you can help.
