Subject: Remy 1033906 Needs Rescue Now-At Risk for Euthanasia Based on Long term KennelingDear AC&C Volunteers & Rescues:We are at a critical point with Remy 1033906. This great, young dog arrived at our shelter in June and is now suffering from the long term kennel confinement. Despite the big effort with getter her exercise, this dog has been kenneled for too long and is jumping vertically in the cage out of frustration. This shelter cannot humanely keep her for much longer and she is now at risk for euthanasia. We have taken her to television and the link below will get you to a video that shows on what an exceptional, small dog she is. Remy is very affectionate and easy to bond with. Remy is very responsive to positive training and would excel with agility exercises. She also likes to sit in laps and would make a wonderful inside companion.SOS: Need an adoption , foster home or rescue pull NOW. It is very disturbing to see this dog suffer from the kenneling and we cannot keep her any longer here at the shelter. Please call the vet tech line of 704/336-3001 if you can get this dog out of this kennel confinement. Thank you!__________________________Dear AC&C Volunteers:As you know, we showcase the shelter’s animals at the Fox Rising show on Thursday mornings. She is at a nice small size and would be easy to include within many lifestyles. This interesting breed mix is quick on her feet and will need the exercise she will thrive on. Remy also loves to be close by her person and will enjoy some quality time within the home. Remy walks well on the leash and has been trained to sit and lie down upon request. Although she has been kenneled at the shelter since June, Remy has a happy look on her face and seems to smile with her big brown eyes. Please visit the shelter to meet Remy today.
