>Sorry, same sort of story you hear all the time....but I have been trying to find a home for an FIV+ cat named Queenie for quite sometime. She was taken from a bad situation where I was doing TNR, she was living in the persons overcrowded home with her kittens, and this was before I knew she was FIV+. All of her kittens ended up being negative for FIV, so I was able to find them all homes. However, she is definitely FIV+ and has been living in my bathroom for almost 4 months. I am at the point where I may need to move back home because I can no longer afford it. Is there anyone out there who knows of any options for her other than putting her down? I really want to find her a good home because she is only about 2 years old and very sweet...I attached a photo of her.
