How can you say no to these faces?  Deanna is trying to help this elderly couple find homes for their senior dogs and cat.
Please read Deanna's email and forward on to your contacts.  Such a sad, common story… Hopefully, these kids will be among the lucky ones!
Contact for Deanna is below.
Thank you!

WHITE HOUSE, TN - 4 Senior Dogs & 1 Cat in GRAVE DANGER of being taken to Sumner Co Animal Control, where they will be Euthanized!!

Friends;
These sweet angels belong to an elderly couple and MUST be re-homed immediately, because they are no longer able to care for them.  If they are taken to Animal Control they will be killed because of their age, and the fact that they've suffered neglect for some time now in a flea infested home.  All of them have been now treated for fleas and skin infection and their hair is growing back as you can see from the pictures.

There's no good reason for Toto, Chalupa, Girl, or the Pom Brothers – Rascal and Feisty to die.  All have a lot of life in them, love to give, and stories to tell.  Sweeter critters you'll never find.  I need your help in finding them great new loving homes.  I REALLY want to keep the Pom Brothers together

Below are the petfinder.com postings I've written, which a local rescue has kindly agreed to courtesy post for me.

Again, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE.  I believe these folks will give me maybe a couple weeks tops, to place them

These animals are located in White House, TN.  Any help in cross posting to social media would be appreciated as I don't "do" FaceBook but realize it can help spread the work about these wee ones.

Picture #1:  Girl is a very pretty Terrier Mix that is approx. 11 years old (but seems MUCH younger than 11).  She weighs 16 lbs., is spayed and fully vetted.  She has recently been treated for a skin condition because owners had a bad flea infestation in their home, however, her hair is growing those lovely locks back.  Girl is "light" Heartworm positive, however, the vet is treating her, and she will finish her treatment very soon, and be back better than ever!  Dogs simply don't come any sweeter than Girl; she never meets a stranger.  She gets along great with other dogs and kitties too.  This young lady is all dressed up in her finest hat, luggage packed, and ready to head for a new home where she'll be well cared for and loved forever.  Anyone would be blessed to have little Girl as a member of their family.

Picture #2:  Oh my, look who fell through the cracks of heaven!!!  Two little Pomeranian brothers, Rascal (orange collar) and Feisty (multi party collar).  We would very much like to keep these little gentlemen together because they've been bunking buddies for 10 years now.  Each of these little angels weigh around 8 lbs, are neutered and fully vetted, great with other dogs and kitties.  They're use to using pee pads, however, the vet said they never soiled at all in the crate when they were being treated for a skin condition due to a flea problem in their owners home.  These fellowss are all fixed up, and ready for a new forever home full of love and good care.  I guarantee you will NEVER meet a more precious pair!!!

Picture #3:  Chalupa the Chihuahua is in dire need of a loving retirement home.  You will never meet a sweeter soul than dear Chalupa, who is a 9 lb. neutered male, that gets along very well with other dogs and kitties.  The vet estimates his age to be around 11.  Chalupa is a gentle, calm little fellow, that is looking for a soft place to land.  He is used to using pee pads, however, the vet reports that during boarding, Chalupa did not soil his crate, and had good potty manners.  Any family would be very lucky to have Chalupa as a family member.  He has a ton of love left to give!

Picture #4:  Toto the Cat is too cool for school!  He's got his pawty collar on and he's ready for a new home!!!  Toto is a 9 year old neutered male and gets along well with people and dogs.  Toto has been treated for a skin problem, however, Doc has him all fixed up good as new and his hair is growing back more beautiful than ever.  Anyone would be blessed to have Toto, the Coolest Cat in Town, pounce into their life!  Could you be Toto's purrfect home?
