While at OC shelter on June 7 happily facilitating the pull for two cats, I walked out feeling so positive until I saw with my own eyes two teenage girls holding Charlie from under his front legs while the rest of him dangled below him as they dumped this innocent and unsuspecting boy at the intake window.  He's barely been there ten days and already caught the infamous shelter kitty cold.  Now his only chance at survival is the rescue community.  Please help fulfill the silent promise I made to him that day that we would get him out alive.

Poor Charlie! This young soul was turned in to the shelter June 7 as a stray and already he's got sniffles and no one to turn to. Instead of using that marvelous moustache and those bright eyes to entertain potential adopters while prancing in his kennel (#Available 19), he's praying someone will come to his rescue by
5 p.m. Tuesday June 17!!!
