Subject: Bryan Animal Center Siamese

Bryan Animal Center currently has several Siamese that are in desperate need of rescue. He are overwhelmed with cats this time of years, as are many, but it makes it ever so difficult when wonderful cats like these are at risk of getting ill or running out of time or space. If you or anyone you know may be able to help any of these wonderful cats, please let us know as soon as possible. We would love to be able to save each one.
Ying and Yang are 2, year and a half old males with a sad tale to tell. They came to the shelter through animal control, when a young man made contact saying he would have to abandon them if he could not get help. The 19 year old young man was working, but in a bad living situation which got worse when he and the not so nice people he was living with, were evicted. He was going to be homeless and had nowhere for himself or his cats to go. He adored his cats, and said they were like his children, but he knew he would not be able to care for them now or anytime soon. So we took them in and hoped these gorgeous cats would soon find a home. Both are FELV/FIV negative, vaccinated, and de wormed. I am willing to even send them to be neutered if that will help them to find a rescue. They have each had a weepy eye the past two days, and I am worried if we don't get them out soon, they will become sick and we will no longer be able to keep them. For now they are isolated in a separate room, but we cannot maintain that space for long. They are gorgeous and well mannered, not bonded, but get along great. Pictures of Ying and Yang are attached. Please help us do right by them and the young man who loved them enough to give up his own food or them. They do appear healthy other than weepy eyes at this time.
We also currently have a litter of Siamese kittens that have been with us for some time now. We thought all would be adopted quickly, but apparently no one looking for a Siamese kitten has come our way. There are a variety of males and female, seal point, flame point, lynx point. If anyone can place them, please let us know. Again, the longer they are here, the more at risk they become. All appear healthy at this time. Only one with a wet eye, just today.
Pictures are attached. Thank you for any help you may be able to give.
