Dogs at the Wilson County Animal Shelter IN NEED OF RESCUE!

Good Morning,

These dogs at our shelter are in need of rescue and someone to call their forever home.

Meet Atlas.  A sweet girl that is unsure of her new housing.  She is around 3 years old and loves to play once she knows you mean no harm.  She has done great with other dogs and can be cat tested.  Atlas was found on Bridgersville Rd in Elm City.

Meet Abrax.  This sweet boy was found on Joyner Rd in Elm City.  He loves to play, talk, full body rubs and is waiting for his family to find him.  He does great with other dogs and can be tested with cats. He did well with the children that visited the shelter.

Meet Dorris.  This lovely girl was found running on Spruce St in Wilson, NC.  She loves to cuddle, give kisses, visit with other dogs, and does well with children.  She can be tested with cats. She is around 5-6 months old.

Meet Biggie.  A 10 month old female, that would love to find her furever home.  She came to our shelter as an owner surrender, and is looking for that special someone to adopt her. Biggie does well with children, other dogs and cats. Biggie is crate trained, housebroken and is in need of leash training. She was adopted and turned back in do to her pulling when walking but that can be fixed with training.

Please contact Kristin Brinson at: kbrinson@wilson-co.com     (at    wilson-co.com), or myself at: awhitney@wilson-co.com     (at    wilson-co.com), if you can help these sweet dogs out.

2-3 week fosters can be found and help with transport is available.
