Subject: Chicago, IL - Adopt The Cat From the Elegant Flower Shop

Dear Friends of Petraits,                      October 24, 2014

Kitcha Elegant ...
is an eight or nine-year-old, blue and white, female tuxedo cat looking for a loving guardian.

Kitcha, which means cat in Polish, was left alone in the Elegant Flower Shop in Chicago when her human moved back to Poland without her. The woman had left cans of food, however no one entered the closed business to feed her. She nibbled on the cans - for six long days - but didn't have much success.

When I heard of her ordeal from a friend of the flower shop's owner, I went and picked her up. Kitcha is shy, sweet and full of rumbling purrs. She's older and not one to play, but rather an observer who enjoys watching from a distance, or snuggling in your lap.

She is very healthy, de-wormed, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, virus and fecal - tested. She also had full-blood-work done and had a dental cleaning with three teeth pulled.

She is now looking for a patient feline-lover to take her under their wing and not abandon her when she needs them most.

To meet and possibly adopt Kitcha Elegant, please contact Sheri at sheri@petraits.com or 773-777-2891. She is currently living in the Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago. Her adoption fee of $50 benefits rescued cats.
