Subject: Ozark Dog Rescue needs help with Great Pyr

I did not know if you are still sharing dogs in need.  I am in a desperate situation and don't really want to share details with the world or on Facebook, but I need help. I have a rescue dog, Gracie Lynn, that has been here almost a year.  She is going to be my total undoing.  She is healthy and under 2 years old. Pyr mix, possibly with Golden.  She can go over a 6' chain link fence even with a cattle hot wire on top.  I cannot bring myself to put a dog on a runner. I cannot afford to put up a wood privacy fence and would have no where to put it anyway without tearing out chain link kennels. I don't even know if that would keep her in. She is pretty good to stay put as long as she has full access to the house.  She is not destructive.  She is sweet. She gets along fine with 10 of the dogs in the house. (5 Pyrs, 2 Komondors, a lab, a Newf and a hound).

I have worked so hard for over a year getting 9 feral Komondor rescues to trust me.  Five are finally coming into the house and letting me approach them.  There has been such great progress the past few weeks.  Yesterday she attacked one of them.  Now she goes after them all and they are terrified.   I don't know what happened to bring this on but one of the feral ones is crippled from a birth defect and when she is chased it is horrible to watch her struggle to run away.  I have been in tears since yesterday.  I just can't handle this anymore.  I have said since day one she is going to be the death of me.  Every yard has 6' fencing.  I put her out in one and by the time I am back in the house, she has jumped that fence and jumped the fence into the house yard and is sitting inside the house waiting for me.

I have never in my life put down a healthy dog.  I sure don't want to start now.  I'm almost 70 years old and I am just at a desperation point with Gracie Lynn.  I have 33 other dogs here and all runs smoothly, but she just makes me crazy.  I have worked too hard for 12 years in rescue for this one dog to destroy my emotional health.
