The manager of the apt building in which I live just sent me this pic of two small dogs that were just now found roaming our 100-unit complex.  It has been determined that they do not belong to anyone on the property.  They are best friends and are dirty and were very hungry.  They appear to have been homeless for a while.  Handyman got them temporarily in the storage room, fed them, watered them.  They can be kept in storage room for one night only, handyman will take out for walks, but after that property manager will not allow them to stay.  Manager will be forced to take to shelter.

Can anyone help?  I HAVE NO OTHER INFORMATION ON THE DOGS.  I am at work and just now heard about this.  I wanted to give this a try before she is forced to take them to shelter.  Can anyone help with fostering until we can figure out what to do?  I don't know much about dogs since I have cats, and I cannot keep them in my apt due to multiple cats and lease agreement.  I have no idea what to do next, so advice or outright help with fostering will be genuinely appreciated.
