Though this one is a mature, four-year-old, already spayed and seems like she is used to living with a family. Judging from Korra's behavior when I opened her kennel and poked my head in for a little girl-to-girl chat, she would make a wonderful addition to any household. She is sweet and easy-to-handle, and she absolutely loves cuddling and being fussed over. Like I said, a lovely little tortie kitty… 12/29/2014 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION - BEGINNER Exam Type BEHAVIOR Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but looks at you, is calm, relaxed and friendly (1) When spoken quietly: comes to the front of cage, soliciting, rubbing against front (1) Reaction to door cage opening: remains soft and relaxed (1) Reaction to touch: solicits petting and attention (1) Reaction to toy or novel object: plays with the object gently (1) Try picking cat up: tolerant of this type of handling Notes: Korra was brought to the shelter as a stray so we don't have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to was seeing during the evaluation.
