To say this situation is deplorable is to put it all in a nutshell. These dogs were dumped by one of their relatives on this muti-family household in my neighborhood. All dogs were inside an apartment until the manager told the man to vacate or get rid of the dogs. The man brought all dogs to his in-laws house and dumped them because they have a yard. The yard is very small. On cold nights they shove all of dogs in a medium size crate so they won't hear them  bark because they are cold. The daughter told me that there is no money to feed the dogs so  I took food by several weeks ago. The mother  told me this morning that it is still sitting in their closet because none of them have time to put out either  food or water for the dogs. I told her if she would put the food out on the back porch, I could let myself in the gate each day and feed the dogs. PLEASE search far and wide to find a home where these babies will have a wonderful home with lots of love, food and water. I am including pictures.

The first is "Stormy" a Burmese mix. She looks exactly like a Burmese. The only tell tale sign is a few freckles on her nose which I guess says there might be a mix. Stormy is about 2 years old. I walked her up and down the street today without a leash and she stayed right by my side. She is soooo sweet. She is approx. 70 lbs. The daughter is on Medicaid and says she could get her spayed if someone wanted her. I will get Stormy vaccinated.

The other babies consist of a mother Chihuahua approx. 1 year old and her 4 babies. The babies are 1 boy and 3 girls. They are approximately 3 months old. They are all very friendly and come right up to me when I go into the yard. the light beige is the mother. The dark and brown are females. The other small brown baby is a boy.
Please contact me if you know of any homes that would welcome them. lindahyse@aol.com
