ELIOT (Mr. Eliot), a sweet 10-year-old medium hair orange tabby, belongs to my niece & her Marine husband, who are posted overseas.

We believe Eliot was taken – without permission or excuse – to a shelter between October-December 2014. This fact was concealed until now. Eliot was brought to Arlington by my niece's mom who was to keep him safe pending return of the military couple stateside. It's also possible that Eliot has been dumped or abandoned somewhere. My niece is devastated.

Please help us find Eliot and recover him if possible, or at a minimum learn what happened so my niece can have closure.

Eliot was adopted in 2004 from a shelter in Bryan, Texas, with AVID microchip 071281891; AVID has no record of any inquiry as yet. Eliot also has a military microchip # 985121008436856.

The person who evidently disposed of precious Eliot is Kay (Kathleen) Cunningham of Arlington, TX 76001. Another last name to search: Eckel. Address: Wharton Court.

We have contacted animal control and Humane Societies in Arlington/Fort Worth; no luck. We hope a private rescue group can help as it's possible that Eliot was taken to a private group or shelter, or may have been dumped and found by someone.

If you have any information, please contact Karen at 305-205-4646 (cell phone), and/or email karen90new@gmail.com. THANK YOU!!!
