DOUBLE DATE UPDATE-It ends up a couple with 2 young children are the owners, of this puppy Buster was was a 2014 Christmas gift. They became homeless living in a shelter after being evicted. The dad's brother was caring for him but has his own homeless issues with a broken down car. Groups as far as Canada (Stuck in the Mud Rescue) has stepped up to help this family and his brother financially, Stacey from the Big Dog Project has offered to provide diapers, food and other items they needs, just to name a few. Update 4/29/15 @ 7 pm- I went back to the broken-down car after work to get more info. The man in the picture is actually the brother of the owner and that is who I got to speak with today.  Buster was given to his family as a Christmas 2014 gift. He his wife and 2 kids were evicted from the apartment they just rented. It appears there is not an adult in the house that works. I asked what kind of help they need for the puppy. The dad said they cannot keep him. Right now they are staying in the shelter on  E. Lancaster and since the shelter does not allow pets his brother is keeping him and it just so happens his brother has no money for rent and his car is broken down so this is why the dog living in the car with him. They believe Buster was adopted from NTHS [North Texas Humane Society on Lancaster in Ft. Worth] yet he has no microchip. He has had 1 set of vaccinations. He has lived with a 2 & 4 year old. I watched him with them and he loved the kids. The dad said he ignores cats & is neutral with other dogs. He is somewhat house-trained, no crate training experience. He has been an inside dog. So he needs a rescue to take over foster & adoption process.
I am the contact and can transport as soon as I am off work at 5.

Reputable rescue needed. A homeless man is living in his car on E Lancaster in Fort Worth. His car is broken down & will be towed soon and is asking for help for his 4 month old GSD/Aussie mix puppy. Soon they will have no shelter and he feels he cannot adequately care for the puppy any longer. The puppy is 4 months old.
I am the contact and can transport as soon as I am off work @  5.
