At risk
"A friendly pit bull mix recently lost her family after they moved away and left her behind to fend for herself
 - the one time pet was discovered by a woman in Norcross, Georgia, who was driving.
The dog, dubbed "Bella," ran beside the woman's car, trying to give the dogs inside a kiss.
The woman picked Bella up and took her to be scanned for a microchip and put up fliers in the area to try and find her owner.
It was during that time period that she realized that Bella was a dog who had been abandoned by the family who was
recently evicted from a home in the area.
For a short time, Bella was able to stay with the woman who found her, but allergies in the family forced Bella to
be turned over to the Gwinnett County Animal Control in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Now, Bella is out of time.
According to those who have met Bella, she is house and crate trained and she is good with people and other dogs"
