Hey everybody!
Please read below about this handsome boy and contact Sue if you can help.  Mate looks like a PB Aussie to me, but I don't know for sure.  Regardless, he is a good lookin', sweet, smart boy, and the clock is ticking.    Please save him!!!  Thank you!
Amy

Please read Mate's bio below:
Mate is a nine year old Aussie mix...57 lbs...black tricolor...vaccinated...neutered...heartworm negative...crate trained...house broken...6 years of therapy dog visits...(500+)...CGC...multiple tricks in addition to most basic commands...has regularly/successfully attended socialization classes (instead of dog park visits!!!)
Mate is a great dog, looking for a new home or rescue.  He would do best in a home with a backyard and no small children.  He does get along with other dogs, but prefers to work alone.
Mate the fully vetted, trained Therapy Dog
Unfortunately, Sue's neighbor startled Mate and he bit her, so now Mate is at the shelter and has just a few days to find a home or rescue.  He is not aggressive, but needs a responsible owner and he will make a great companion!  He's well trained, knows commands and tricks, and is just a great dog!
Sue is afraid if she keeps Mate it will cause trouble with her neighbor in the future.
