These two babies have been placed in a long-term foster home in Henrietta, TX! I don’t know which rescue group, yet, but I understand the foster will be committed to working on their weight and we are hoping they can just live out their lives in this home. Poor babies have been through so much already. Anyway, they are SAFE! YAY!!! Thank you to everyone who helped network these two angels!

These two Doxies need our help!!! Nobody has offered to give them a home or rescue, and I’m afraid their age is keeping anyone from considering them. Seniors are such wonderful companions and their weight can be taken care of in no time! Their person passed away, so I just know they are sad.

PLEASE, won’t you open your heart and home to these two adorable angels?!

Thank you!
Amy

SOS!!! - Henrietta, TX: Two PB Dachshunds need a new home! - Owner passed away!

Please read below, take a look at these two precious Doxies, and contact Joy Duncan at: rjdee13@yahoo.com (at yahoo.com) if you can help. Joy is not the owner, but she is trying to help find a home or rescue for these two angels.

As you can see, they are both well fed so they just need to get on board with Weight Watchers! And, like Joy said below, even though these babies are 12 and 13 yrs young, they still have lots of love and life to share because they will probably live several more years!

Please give these love sponges a nice soft bed, and a place to call home! I’m sure they are very sad and confused since their momma passed away, so please put a smile back on their face.

Thank you!
Amy

Amy,
I am hoping you can share these two babies, and maybe another miracle will occur with a home for them! My neighbor asked me for my help, and I told her that I would share this with you.

These two babies are located in Henrietta with my neighbor's family. Their owner, an older lady, passed away, and they are desperately trying to find homes for them before they are euthanized.

One is a male the other is female and they are 12 and 13 years old. They have taken them to the vet, and other than their weight, they are in really good condition. They are addressing the weight issue, but you know that can be a long process.

I know they are seniors, but I can tell you from experience that they both probably have several good years left, and would bring much love and happiness to a family. My beloved Sammy lived to the ripe old age of 18 and he had congestive heart failure and had been through heart worm treatment! I would take them both if I could...I love my dachshunds!

I believe my neighbor and her family would help with transport to this area if needed.

Thank you for your help!

Joy
