UPDATE and New Posting for "CHURCH KITTY" AKA "NOAH"
PLEASE READ ABOUT NOAH...(Included in attachments is the original posting in addition to his *new* photos)
Back in Early July this beautiful, innocent boy was ABANDONED in a carrier in a CHURCH in Queens, NY.. a kind woman from the Church found a temporary foster to take him in...she had only an attic to hold him in...WE rallied and RAISED funds to get him out of there...have him FULLY Vetted, neutered and tested...he passed with flying colors...we even found him another TEMPORARY foster...in a basement, large crate...we rallied AGAIN to find him someone who could SOCIALIZE him...otherwise he would have no chance and we knew it!
WE FOUND just the SOCIALIZER who worked miracles with NOAH...
NOAH is not only fully socialized but an actual LAP CAT who craves human contact and attention...You could say that NOAH is a perfect kitty boy! No experience with dogs…
NOW with earnest knowledge of his marvelous PURSONALITY and Character...we SEEK his PERMANENT HOME!!! He is READY!!!
Noah is a LOVER...Can You give him his Loving, Devoted HOME??? He likes kind and respectful children too!

Please share with friends looking for a wonderful pet...
Noah shows no signs of trauma, although WE know he did have a rough time after being abandoned...He deserves a REAL HOME....Now! HOME ONLY…
PLEASE SHARE and Contact me, Trudy, at  email tssh1@optonline.net

THANK YOU ALL…Noah is my Mission!

7/6/15 POST

Around 2 years old and abandoned at a NYC church in a rainstorm, the person who originally got him can't take him back---and now the temporary foster who volunteered (she had him in a cage in the basement with no socialization and barking dogs upstairs) can't take him back either. A vet on Long Island just diagnosed him with cystitis (stress usually is a factor in causing cystitis), treated him and suggested different food. Prior to that he was fully vetted and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Please contact Trudy Schilder on Facebook or email tssh1@optonline.net

Thank you  Liz. This is his story via Trudy Schilder. She has stepped in to pay his most recent vet bill. The bottom line is his finder can't/won't take him back. The woman who had been fostering him had him in a cage in her basement. She works and has dogs upstairs and cats all around him. She is now taking in her sister and her cats.  Noah is still at the vets office. I don't know what will happen if someone does not step forward. Below is Trudy's full post about him and his story.
Thank you a million

NOAH WAS ABANDONED IN A LOCAL QUEENS CHURCH!
July 6, 2015 NOAH NEEDS a SAVIOR!
Originally called "Church Kitty" due to him being abandoned in a carrier at a Church. His story was hopeful after he was taken in, albeit an attic, he was safe.  FUNDS were raised to have him FULLY VETTED and Neutered and Tested and we even found a temporary foster...Today is named NOAH.Noah needs a HOME. he is a sweet boy whose history we do not know.  he has been through tremendous stress and doesn't fully trust yet! His foster home is not going to work for him b/c the woman is rarely home. she has many pets of her own to care for AND at the midnight hour, her sister needs to move in for a month or so with her 7 cats!
He butts his head and loves petting - until he doesn't - and then he will give a little growl - he is not a lap cat as of now but his transporter Barbara Dornau who was with him for an entire day feels that he could become one.
What we do know is that Noah needs a deserves a home where he will be loved for who he is - around 2 years young - he is a healthy little guy who has been through a lot!
IF a shelter becomes the only option he will NEVER be adopted.
