Houston TX: 1/20 BARC alerts for medical/behavioral DOGs and CATs

So far today 1/20 there are five new very urgent medical/behavioral DOG alerts including a stray thin male 2-yr-old low HW+ Husky mix A1372757 who appears a tad older than the brown/white female A1372755 he came in with. Please help all urgent pets who need FOSTER or RESCUE.
