PLEASE SHARE! Two nights ago Senator Vitale proposed Bill S-297 which would restrict nonprofit spay/neuter organizations (like PFA) to serve ONLY low income clients on government assistance programs. If this bill is passed, PFA would no longer be able to serve rescues, shelters, residents doing TNR, or any pet owner not on government assistance. Write to or call Senator Vitale and tell him that this bill would hurt New Jersey! Please respectfully urge him to withdraw S-297!
