Houston TX: GOOD NEWS! RE: LAST CALL RE: A1427995--hwhigh--10y beagle/hound mix!

Hopefully Elvis - now with a BARC foster parent - will get great medical care ASAP and a rescue or adoptive home thereafter. Please contact if you would like to rescue or adopt him. Thanks to all who networked for him.

Hey Liz,

Foster will have until adopted or transfered and if 3 months go by we regroup with them to see what else we can do to help place him in a home.

This stray is being called Elvis. His record in Petharbor is:
There are several kill shelters in the Houston TX area and BARC is one of them. The shelter does not circulate medical alerts to social media, just to a rather small email list, therefore the injured and special needs get very little exposure. Please hurry to rescue or foster Elvis if you can, per instructions in BARC's following email.
