Greyson is a very handsome boy who was rescued by a wonderful lady who noticed him outside one day on his last leg. She scooped him up and took him to the vet right away. Greyson had a few scratches on his head and was breathing loudly. The vet determined Greyson has megaesophagus. They took x-rays, and did CT scan. The great news is other than the loud breathing caused by the esophagus, he is very healthy! His bloodwork was great, he tested negative for feline leukemia/aids and was recently neutered. His organs look normal. His heart function is normal also. We elevated Greyson's water and food bowls as this was recommended to help him better process food/water. His foster mom has taken great care of him, he is feeling great, and his small head wounds have healed up.
Greyson loves attention and being brushed. He will meet you at the door with meows and excitement at your return! He loves hanging out with you and being a great friend and companion. He loves all people, young and adult. This is a very loving and sweet boy! We think he would be best as the only pet in the home and no small children. He's fine with calm dogs. He has energy and personality! Greyson makes you laugh with his cute ways. He is also calm and loves chilling out with you and taking naps. This is a special kitty!
P.S. If you would like to contribute to the expenses that the rescue incurred on behalf of Greyson, please view his YouCaring that was set up when he was rescued in January:
