I work at New Georgia Animal Hospital, and on my way in Friday morning a spotted a little kitten on the side of Hwy 61. He was curled up in a ball and when i approached him his little head started bobbing. I stopped traffic and scooped him up and took him into work with me. He was very quiet and i was afraid he was badly injured.

The Doctor on staff looked him over and told him his injuries seemed superficial. She said it looks as though he just got his "bell rung"  He had scrapes on his legs and little face. On her exam she found no broken bones. She gave him a steroid injection to help with the swelling on his face.

I spent yesterday nursing him and encouraging to eat. I left him at my work last night because I have 4 cats of my own and unfortunately not the space to keep him separated. This morning I got in to work and immediately went to check on him. He looked like a completely different cat. He is alert, playful, and HUNGRY!

I am looking for a rescue/foster to take him until he can be rehomed. Please contact me via email or text (listed below).

Thank you!
