PLEASE CROSS-POST FAR AND WIDE! Please consider donating to the GOFUNDME page I setup to help offset his veterinary bills.

I wanted to let you know that I found a home for him. Jill and I picked him up earlier this evening and he is SAFE in his new home with Jill and her daughter. His new name is "Arthur Wheaton Whiskers". The people that did not want him called him "Tom Tom". When Jill got him home and put canned food down, he was ravenous and ate two small cans immediately plus baby food. Arthur is severely malnourished and it appears he cannot close his mouth all the way. He may have had an injury or it could be that his teeth are in very bad shape. He is drinking a alot of water which tells me that something is definitely going on with him. It appears that the people that did not want him were putting dry food only out for him and he cannot chew dry food so he has been starving for quite awhile. He is literally skin and bones. And I suspect there are other medical issues. I set up a GOFUNDME page and you can donate here: I uploaded a new youtube video of him in his new home here:
I am attaching picks of him in his new home. You can see how skinny he is from the pics. Thank you everyone for networking and offering to help this poor sweet boy.

Subject: URGENT: Please Help Me Help This Senior Cat That is Unloved And Unwanted!

Please Cross-Post Far and Wide!

I was driving down the street and spotted this tiny cat on the sidewalk in front of a house. I stopped and was talking to the cat from my car with the windows rolled up and this cat was meowing at me. I pulled over and he came walking to me meowing and rubbing up against me. I bent down to pet him and discovered that he was super skinny with literally no fat on his body.

I walked up to the door of the house he was sitting in front of and found his food and water. I rang the doorbell and the ladies that answered told me that the cat belonged to their mother that just passed away. They told me that they are are not cat people and that the cat is 17 years old. The cat has had zero veterinary care. I pointed out that he was skinny and likely sick as often times older cats develop thyroid, diabetes, or kidney issues. They suggested I take the cat as they do not want him.

I am posting this now because this cat really needs help. He is senior and I need to find somebody who would be willing to foster him long term or even adopt him. He has no shelter from the elements. In human years, he is 84 years old, needs medical care and is living outside.

I can setup a GOFUNDME page as well as donate for his medical bills, but before I do that I need to find a place for him. I have no place for him. Is there anybody out there that would be willing to foster him or even provide a home for him in the short senior years he has left? I will take care of getting donations for his care, etc. and will help in any way I can.

I made a youtube video you can watch here: Copy and paste in your browser Please let me know if you can help.

Thank you,
