citizen that turned in dog said to be very cautious with him because he doesn't like people other animals. said she has had him for over a week. and dog is sensitve to his back because he was ran over by a car. Dog does not have any apparent wounds or injuries... if she's only had for a week, how does she know dog was HBC. She is a dog trainer/boarder and has been working with him. But in attempt to put dog in kennel, she told me not to touch him because he will bite. She did not allow me to put ID band on him. She did not allow to take the leash to kennel him...

Just an FYI. This guy almost bit the crap out of me yesterday. He was fine 99% of the time. When I was filming his video at the very end, he snapped but backed away. Then, no problem. It may have been the camera. I cut the last part of the video out and due to my lightning fast reflexes ?? it was not an issue.

The ACT in B ward stated that he has not had any problems with this dog.

This dog would need a very experienced foster...
