I never thought I would fall in love with a cat this much and then give her away?

I met Billy and her brother when they were just  little kittens scared and hungry with no mother around. I wanted to bring them in but I'm not allowed to have cats in my apt. I have been caring for Billie for 4 years.  I hold and pet her and she is very loving.

Billie is a grey female with beautiful green eyes, a white chest and paws.  Billie is 4 yrs old, spayed, vaccinated and friendly. In the morning when I leave for work she's waiting outside for me, follows me  like a dog when I call her. I feed her before I go to work and when I come back she's waiting for her lunch and again in the afternoon for dinner.

I had big plans, I was planning to buy a house here in the US and take Billy with me, but I guess my plan was not meant to be. My circumstances have changed and sadly I have to go back to New Zealand.

Brave 4-yr-old Billie has
 lived outdoors her whole life
I was  planning to take Billy with me to New Zealand, but it  takes about six months to go through the medical procedure not to mention the six months  quarantine that is required. It also costs more than $5,000. I wish I could afford it and I could take her with me more than anything but it's just not possible.

In addition I am afraid that the manager at the apartment complex next door has called Animal Control, so I'm worried about her. I don't want anything happen to her. I love her so much and it breaks my heart to give her away but her safety and well being is what is most important.  I'm hoping that someone with a loving heart and a nice home will give Billie the life that she deserves.

I would like to meet the family or the person who would like to adopt her and take care of her, just to make sure that she's safe. I wouldn't just give her away to anyone. Thank you so much and God bless anyone who helps animals.
